移植手術の準備状況について

平素より清水泰地と当会の活動にご理解・ご協力を賜り誠にありがとうございます。

清水泰地の近況のご報告です。

現在、清水泰地は９月末の渡航に向けて、準備を進めております。

手術日程の調整については、仲介人を通してAbu Ali Sina Charity Hospitalとメールと電話でやりとりをしながら、10月上旬で調整を進めています。併せて、病床の確保についても調整を進めています。

移植手術を行うには、Abu Ali Sina Charity Hospitalに常駐している保健省の職員を通じて移植手術の許可を受ける必要があります。

この申請のため、身元確認の証明に必要な戸籍謄本の英訳などの書類作成を進めています。

みなさまのおかげで夢が現実に限りなく近付いていることを心から感謝いたします。

He is preparing for his trip at the end of September.

While exchanging emails and phone calls with Abu Ali Sina Charity Hospital through his intermediary, we are adjusting the surgery schedule for early October.

At the same time, we are making adjustments to secure hospital beds.

In Iran, transplant operations must be approved through Ministry of Health officials stationed at Abu Ali Sina Charity Hospital.

For this application, we are preparing documents such as the family register necessary for proof of identity.
